The Date – When you have put a deposit down on your ceremony or reception venue, it’s safe to order Save the Dates. Hotels, reception halls, and other wedding locations can have last-minute schedule changes. Even if you’ve been promised a date, don’t order your Save the Dates until you have a contract, and you’ve paid a deposit.

Wedding Website – Wedding websites aren’t a necessary element to your wedding planning, but if you are going to provide information for your guests online, make sure you have secured the URL before ordering your Save the Date Magnets. Many companies offer wedding website hosting for free.

If you are going to purchase your own domain to host your website, make sure you purchase the URL right away. Many couples have had their custom domain snagged by poachers (also known as cybersquatters). Buy your domain name as soon as you’ve found the one you want, and when you’re 100% sure that it’s yours, you can safely use that URL on your Save the Date magnets.

Pink and Black Polka dot inspiration board

Polka dots are fashionable, yet always in style. Polka dots can be adapted for a wide range of wedding styles and color themes.

We’ve put together a mood board for pink and black weddings, but nearly any color will work with black and polka dots.

Top right: Guests will get a taste of your pink and black polka dot theme from your pink and black save the date magnets. Your photo is the star, but your wedding details are printed against a modern gray background. The date is large and unforgettable in the polka dots – that’s why it’s called Polka Date.

Valentine Magnets

Happy Valentine’s Day! Once a year, when we’re not busy making awesome custom magnets for our customers, we like to send fun magnets to our own loved ones.

This is a 3.25” x 3.75” Valentine magnet featuring our favorite furry friend, Winston. He woofs you. In addition to being suckers for cute dogs, we also love terrible puns.

The scalloped edge was a fun challenge, and after a few test runs it came out perfect.

The magnet was mounted to a flat card in gray so that the pink doily background, and the fluffy dog would pop against the card. The set was mailed in a vibrant red, business-sized envelope with a custom heart address label.

A flat card was used to keep the weight of the whole package below 1 ounce. That way each Valentine could be mailed with the Disney/Pixar “Send a Hello” stamps.

There are a few recent additions to the site - new save the date magnets!

This photo magnet is called Polka Date.

White border is for display only, and will not appear on the printed magnet.

The gray background really makes the complimenting circles pop. The date is written in an unexpected way; very non-traditional if that's your thing.

We're loving the playful comic-like background pattern mixed with the orderly white "pearls".
